As the origin definition of the name suggests, Richard Rodriguez better known as inDJnous has a ear and skill which he has allowed to flourish within hip hop.
At the young age of 18, this Mexican-American male who hails from Anaheim, California turned his love for music into a profession. Over the past 12 years, inDJnous has grown and perfected his craft. Today, he stands firm with various titles under his belt as a DJ/Producer/Recording and Mixing Engineer.
inDJnous has made a name for himself through admirable work alongside some of hip hop’s most respected emcees. One of the most notable releases within his catalog has been the Soul Amazing Pt. 2 mixtape with ‘09 XXL freshman Blu. He also boasts featured “cut and scratch” work with artists like Pharoahe Monch, Termanology and Masta Ace to name a few.
This man’s hard work, passion, and dedication to his craft has allowed him to travel around the U.S. with critically acclaimed artists such as Ras Kass, Pigeon John, and Tanya Morgan.
It is his skills behind the tables that cause a rap/hip hop fanatic to render their respect. If there is something inDJnous is notoriously known for, it is his ability to rock a crowd.
In the last few years he has deejayed at some of Southern California’s most prestigious hip hop events, gaining acknowledgement as a people’s favorite. When not rocking at a hip hop festival, on the road, or in the studio working on projects- you can catch him as a regular at The Observatory in Orange County dropping the needle on the record, pumping up the volume, and giving admirers of the culture what they want. Those who have witnessed him on the wheels of steel would not find it surprising as to why he now holds the position of Ras Kass’s official DJ.
There is absolutely no question that inDJnous is indigenous to this culture.
